Monster Auto Pty Ltd Merchandise – Returns Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase at one of the National 4x4 Shows in Australia where we were an exhibitor. However, if you need to return a product due to reasons covered by consumer guarantees, then please make contact with us at www.monsterwheels.com.au/contact

How do I return a product?

Once contact is made with us, our Customer Support Team will reach out to you to provide next steps. Usually, the item would need to be returned to us and postage will be at your own cost.

Conditions of return

For all product returns or exchange, you will need to present a copy of your receipt.

Except for claims of faulty product, all other returns or exchanges must be completed within 30 days from the purchase date on your receipt or invoice. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we may still offer a credit in the form of a gift card or provide an exchange for a similar product.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, credit or exchange for products which have been modified or used contrary to the product’s instructions of use provided at the time of sale.

Assessing your return

If your product is faulty, we will likely need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault by sending the product to the manufacturer or our nominated repair agent. Products that are likely to require assessment include merchandise items, Yeti branded products, GPS Navigators from Hema, Handheld Radios from GME and/or specially procured items.

We will notify you of the outcome once the assessment has been completed. This may take up to 6 weeks.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
